FIELD NOTES

A cleaner view of the Moon.

NASA demonstrated an electrodynamic dust shield on the Moon in 2025; lunar dust mitigation remains an active research topic in 2026. Real shields use changing electric fields to move dust. Here, opposite charges and shared moves become a turn-based routing puzzle.

Each pulse moves every active grain one square. Amber + follows the arrow; blue − goes the other way. Insulators and board edges stop movement. A matching collector removes a grain permanently. Grains can share a square; a count appears when they do. Clear them all to restore the lens. You can always undo, restart, or ask for a suggested move.
